NOT ALL ZOOM SERVICES CAN BE BOOKED ONLINE
The following services cannot be booked online: Items beyond the scope of normal cleaning processes such as trashed furnishings and carpets which may require industrial cleaning. Water Damage. Factory Rug cleaning. Pet and urine treatments. Colour spot dyeing. Repairs and speciality jobs. Real Estate and Body Corporation work.
PAYMENT
We do not take payment online. You can pay the technician on site by cash / Visa or Mastercard on completion of job. A tax invoice receipt is issued on all jobs. Payment must be paid on completion of job.
WE WILL CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING
We try our best to accommodate your booking on the day you requested and we will call you ASAP if there is a problem. Zoom does not cover all suburbs outside metropolitan areas. We will call you if you are outside our coverage area. We normally respond to your booking request within a couple of hours or the following day. Your booking is not confirmed until we contact you.
